The Billion-dollar Donation Elon Musk has reportedly donated roughly $5.7 billion worth of Tesla’s shares to a charity, as per CNN. Elon Musk The   donation of 5,044,000   shares was revealed earlier this week in a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Tesla shares were gifted last year between November 19 and November 29 2021, according to the filing. But the name of the recipient(s) of the shares was not disclosed. At the time of those donations, Tesla’s stock was reportedly trading above $1,000 per share, as per CNN. This makes the donated shares worth $5.7 billion based on the average of the highest and lowest quoted price on the date of the transaction. Durham alleges cyber analysts 'exploited' access to Trump White House server

John Durham, the special counsel appointed under former President Trump to investigate the FBI’s probing of Russian interference in the 2016 election, alleged in court that a tech executive “exploited” access to White House data in order to find damning information about Trump. In a court filing submitted Friday,  Durham’s office said that the executive , who is referred to in legal filings only as “Tech Executive-1” but has been identified in news reports as Rodney Joffe, used his company’s access to nonpublic government domain name system (DNS) data through a pending cybersecurity contract as he was analyzing supposed links between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) on Monday said he would not support confirming another nominee selected by President Biden for the Supreme Court immediately before the 2024 presidential election, clarifying remarks he'd made earlier about the midterm elections. Manchin said he would prefer to wait until the country knows who will occupy the White House in 2025.
